Our aim is to expose authentic Korean cuisine and Korea’s dietary culture to the world. We promote to increase people’s recognition and raise interest in Korean cuisine to be established as well-known healthy ethnic food on the international stage throughout a systematic approach.

We act our role on a globalization of Korean cuisine not only to boost economic growth of South Korea and Korean immigrants in USA but also enhance Korean’s position in a global society. We will continue to research and develop the most efficient way of promoting Korean cuisine.
